Job Summary
Lead precision medicine operational execution by partnering with strategy leads, clinical teams, and data management to deliver high-quality samples and data. Build lab databases for sample collection needs, kits, and logistics while monitoring acquisitions of human tissue, bone marrow, and plasma to ensure ICF compliance. Liaise with internal stakeholders and CROs to resolve sample-related issues, oversee study lifecycle activities from start-up to closeout, and develop data transfer specifications for blinded sample data. Collaborate with central and specialty lab project managers to ensure samples are collected per protocol and support biomarker strategy translation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical experience in matrix interaction preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech industry, or in academic or governmental cross-disciplinary teams
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with Clinical Trials, focus on clinical sample collection
- Extensive experience in Clinical laboratory operations, biospecimen logistics, and/or clinical study experience
- Strong understanding of technical, clinical, and strategic aspects of laboratory operations delivery
- 3 days per week on site
