Job Summary
Lead and optimize Syndigo's global pursuit desk and proposal management, driving end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFx responses for enterprise SaaS opportunities. Partner with sales leadership on strategic pursuits, coordinate cross-functional inputs (Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success), develop governance and scalable processes for proposal automation and knowledge management, oversee demo programs (Consensus), ensure Salesforce pipeline visibility, track pursuit metrics, support ESG/security questionnaires and due diligence, and mentor pursuit teams. Strong emphasis on translating technical capabilities into compelling ROI narratives and enabling scalable win strategies across global deals.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in proposal management, pre-sales operations, pursuit management, solution consulting, or related roles
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or technology organizations with complex B2B sales cycles
- Proven success managing structured RFP/RFx programs using modern proposal tools
- Experience partnering with sales leadership on strategic enterprise deals in SFDC-driven environments
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes and ROI narratives
- Experience designing scalable operational processes and governance models
- Familiarity with proposal automation, AI tools, and knowledge management platforms
- Experience enabling demo programs (e.g., Consensus or similar platforms)
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring proposal/pursuit teams
- Preferred experience within data-management or product-data ecosystems, including MDM, PIM, and PXM markets
- Preferred background supporting global bid desk operations across regions (NA, EMEA, LATAM)
