Job Summary
Manager, Pre-Construction & Delivery leading the full lifecycle of precast projects from estimating and pre-construction through site installation and closeout. Responsible for bid cycles, pricing strategies, proposals, procurement alignment with production schedules, and overseeing delivery, transport, and installation to specification. Builds systems and processes, manages a blended team of internal staff and third-party providers, coordinates drawings/RFIs/submittals, change orders, contracts, and supplier deliveries, and ensures safety, compliance, and on-time project execution. Focus areas include bid strategy, cost tracking, constructability/value engineering, logistics planning, coordination with clients/GCs/engineers, and developing scalable SOPs as volumes grow. Proficiency with drafting/engineering platforms (e.g., Revit, CAD) and ERP systems is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in precast or structural concrete, or construction — across estimating, project management, technical coordination, and field operations.
