Job Summary
Oversee practice operations by managing patient flow, preparing work schedules, and handling charge capture processing. Lead team performance through recruitment, hiring, retention, and corrective action while ensuring policy and compliance adherence. Develop action plans to improve operational efficiency, monitor patient satisfaction data, and implement new services. Manage labor and expense budgets in collaboration with directors and prepare payroll reports. Conduct regular team meetings to foster communication and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, management or other related areas
- 3 years of relevant experience health care / medical practice or related work experience
- 1 year of relevant experience recent and relevant supervisory or management experience
