Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions combining Microsoft Power Platform with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, and Next.js. Guide teams in integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse with Azure services while establishing architectural patterns for extensibility and secure deployments. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery and ensure code meets enterprise standards for performance and maintainability. Mentor developers on blended low-code and pro-code solutions, support staffing and skills development, and act as a trusted technical advisor to clients on solution strategy and tradeoffs. Contribute to the evolution of delivery standards, reusable components, and governance practices while staying current with emerging trends in Power Platform and AI-enabled development.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in application development or solution delivery
- Strong experience with modern front-end technologies, including: React (required)
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns
- Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Angular and/or Next.js (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Experience integrating Power Platform with custom front-end applications and Azure services
- Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and extension
- Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, App Services, API Management)
- Experience with CI/CD and ALM for Power Platform and web applications
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and practices
- Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
