Job Summary
Post Closing Manager at April Housing responsible for coordinating administrative processes across all deals during closing and construction, including tenant relocation coordination, vendor evaluation, coordinating with asset management, PMCO, and Capital Markets, and leading renovation-related activities. The role involves coordinating relocation vendors, organizing resident town halls, preparing on-site plans for residents requiring relocation, facilitating communication across contractors, property managers, and relocation consultants, creating hoteling plans for limited-offsite relocation, leading small team meetings on clubhouse renovations, aligning lease-up timing with credit delivery, producing monthly construction/lease-up updates, and ensuring close-out documentation and inspections are completed. Requires excellent interpersonal and writing skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple streams to meet deadlines. 4-6 years of relevant experience and base compensation in the stated range; includes potential discretionary bonus and benefits.
Required Qualifications
