Job Summary
Manager – Portfolio Marketing leads and supports cross-functional marketing efforts to develop and execute campaigns for target audiences, including brand storytelling, digital marketing, content development (articles, surveys, white papers, podcasts, webinars), and events. Collaborates with marketing teams to create messaging for buyer groups, supports integrated marketing plans, manages sponsorships and events, drives ROI through follow-ups and lead management, and works with CRM/marketing automation (CRM, Marketo) to build targeted programs. Requires the ability to develop on-brand content, coordinate with executives, oversee budgets and NASBA-compliant events where applicable, and travel as needed. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of marketing experience (or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years), strong communication and project management skills, experience in professional services or accounting-adjacent industries preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM/Marketo experience preferred. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 annually; location specified as Cleveland, OH with travel as needed, and range provided for multiple regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and five (5) or more years of marketing experience, required
- Or High School Diploma/GED and Eight (8) or more years of marketing experience, required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or Business Administration, preferred
- Experience: Prior experience working in accounting, financial consulting, business advisory and/or professional services, preferred
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, required
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Marketo experience, preferred
- Language: N/A
- Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Superior verbal and written communication skills
