Job Summary
Manager, Portfolio Campaigns responsible for end-to-end delivery of seasonal tactical campaigns across Spring-Summer-Autumn-Winter/Cyber, ensuring campaigns land on brief and on time for audiences worldwide. Based in Windsor at the global HQ with a hybrid working arrangement. Works within the Campaign Marketing team to shape briefs and plans with guidance from the Senior Manager, coordinating with in-house delivery teams (Paid Media, Owned Media, Creative Services) and receiving support from an Executive. Manages timelines, prioritization, and stakeholder communication; leads competitor and insights work to inform campaign planning. Ideal candidate has significant marketing experience, hands-on campaign delivery in a complex organization, ownership mentality, strong communication, and stakeholder-management skills; travel or hospitality experience is a bonus; transferable experience from agency, retail or related sectors; comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving environment and able to work with shifting timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Significant marketing experience
- Hands-on campaign delivery experience in a complex organization
- Ability to manage end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple channels (Paid Media, Owned Media, Creative Services)
- Experience shaping campaign briefs and plans with guidance from senior leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment with shifting timelines
- Willingness or experience in travel/hospitality (bonus)
- Transferable experience from agency, retail, or equivalent environments
- Ownership mindset and ability to move work forward without close direction
- Ability to lead competitor and market insights work and feed learnings back into planning
