Act as the primary interface between clients and internal services, managing client relationships and proposing solutions for supply chain disruptions. Supervise a team of two client correspondents and oversee daily operational missions, including order tracking, industrial/logistical deadlines, and product availability. Negotiate client penalties and manage stock shortages proactively in coordination with logistics platforms and forecasting services. Ensure data security and reliability while driving continuous improvement projects in organizational logistics. Serve as a pivotal role in the supply chain of Les Fromageries Perreault, ensuring alignment with commercial policies and client-specific logistical conditions.
