Job Summary

PMO Manager responsible for leading and optimising the PMO function, driving governance, portfolio oversight, planning excellence, performance reporting, and capability development to ensure successful delivery of programmes and projects aligned to organisational objectives. Provides strategic direction across a complex project environment, embedding governance frameworks, methodologies, and best-practice project management, with emphasis on stakeholder influence, delivery process optimization, and building a high-performing PMO delivering sustainable business value.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum formal Project Management training
  • PMP/Prince2 certification preferred
  • 10-15 years of line management, operational management, customer and stakeholder management and team leading experience
  • Experience in business process design, implementation and roll-out
  • Experience and detailed understanding of Risk Management process
  • Experience and detailed knowledge of Business Management Processes and Quality Management System
  • Experience conducting internal project and process audits
  • Knowledge of PRINCE II, PMBOK and Agile methods of project/programme management
