Job Summary
The PMO Manager defines and enforces standards for New Product Introduction (NPI) execution within the factory, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include governance and standards alignment with global and BU PDP procedures, prioritizing projects by business value and capacity, providing portfolio visibility for executive decision-making, tracking project health (scope, schedule, cost, risks, benefits), producing dashboards and leadership reports, coordinating shared resources, resolving resource conflicts, establishing risk identification and mitigation standards, mentoring MSR leads, and supporting project management tooling and data integrity (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- 8 year experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS environment and 3 years in an NPI, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering leadership role
- Strong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing transfer, and ramp-up management
- Strong knowledge of project management principles (scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality)
- Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios simultaneously
