Job Summary
As Manager Player Development, you will coach Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts to deliver premier services to VIP players and increase net revenue through proactive sales tactics while promoting outstanding service to new and existing VIP customers. You will drive key VIP sales metrics, contribute to process and compliance initiatives, collaborate with Analytics to monitor reinvestment programs and promotions, assist in developing and implementing sales training programs, participate in client escalation processes, and lead a high-performing team through coaching and a solutions-oriented approach. You must have a Bachelor's degree and substantial experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing, plus proven leadership in managing a sales team and ensuring quality customer experiences, with the ability to obtain necessary state gaming licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- at least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
- at least 3 years of experience managing a sales team
- ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
