Manager

As Manager at Playa Bowls, you will interview, hire and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline staff; address complaints and resolve problems. You’ll schedule and receive deliveries, monitor food quality, portion sizes, and garnishing to meet company standards; manage budgets and timesheets; ensure health and fire regulation compliance; maintain inventory and records; direct staff training programs and staff recruitment using ADP Recruitment; operate the POS and handle cash deposits; and drive customer service and operational improvements in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You’ll utilize leadership, administration, supply chain, and sales/marketing skills to support dining facilities and maintain brand experience.
