Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end solution lifecycle for the shared insurance platform by aligning customer needs with business priorities and defining scalable, reusable strategies. Drive consistent requirements practices by creating and managing artifacts such as user stories, process flows, and functional specifications while ensuring traceability between business needs and technical delivery. Build and manage a high-performing team of Business Analysts, focusing on recruiting, coaching, and developing talent to improve delivery quality and effectiveness. Translate complex business requirements into actionable solution designs across monolithic and modernized technology environments, utilizing expertise in APIs, integrations, and data models to support platform modernization. Establish clear ownership and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders to foster innovation and continuous improvement in solution delivery approaches.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution development, product solution leadership, or a related discipline
- Experience developing and executing complex requirements and solution designs across enterprise-scale systems
- Track record of hiring, developing, coaching, and managing people, ideally including Business Analysts
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical subject such as Computer Science or Engineering, or in a business discipline
- MBA or management degree
- Strong understanding of business analysis practices, requirements lifecycle management, solution design, documentation standards, and traceability
- Experience onboarding products, services, and features onto enterprise platforms and translating business needs into scalable solution designs
- Understanding of APIs, integration patterns, data models, XML, JSON, workflow automation, low-code capabilities, and modern platform architectures
- Experience working across monolithic and modernized technology environments
- Ability to use data, KPIs, and structured analysis to guide decisions, identify trends and risks, and improve outcomes
- Strong communication, active listening, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across business and technology audiences
- Ability to navigate conflict constructively, build trust, create alignment, and drive outcomes in cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to set expectations, create accountability, motivate teams, and deliver against goals and performance metrics
- Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, self-development, and building sustainable high-performing teams
- This role is based in Alpharetta, GA, with an expectation of three days per week in office
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a technical subject such as Computer Science or Engineering, or in a business discipline, preferred but not required
- MBA or management degree desirable
