Job Summary
Execute Digital Services’ platform strategy by identifying, developing, and managing platforms to help MTNN acquire customers and grow revenues. Implement and monitor platform strategy; grow revenues and subscriptions to exceed targets; ensure adherence to MTNN and regulatory policies; collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new strategic platforms; oversee documentation, testing, and launch of platforms; provide data-driven analysis and reports including competitive intelligence and trends; foster team growth and cross-functional relationships; monitor direct reports and coach for optimal performance. Required education: a first degree in an Applied/Social Sciences or related discipline; English fluency; 6–13 years experience including IT/OTT/telecoms; familiarity with Agile project management, digital products, marketing, and analytics.
Required Qualifications
- A first degree in any Applied/Social Sciences or related discipline
- Fluency in English
- Experience: 6 - 13 years including at least five years in IT/OTT/telecoms or related fields
- Experience in product analytics, platform development, and revenue generation on digital platforms
- Experience in A/B testing, customer acquisition, performance evaluation, and UI/UX
