Job Summary
Manager, Platform Engineering - Digital Integration leads the team responsible for designing, developing and maintaining digital technology infrastructure to support information technology applications and services. Oversees delivery against project planning and prioritization, coordinates collaboration with cross-functional teams, and allocates resources. Provides technical guidance on deploying the internal software deployment platform, CI/CD pipelines, and twelve-factor development to automate releases. Drives QA through rigorous testing and code reviews, supports continuous improvement of software development and deployment processes, collaborates with product managers and designers, maintains documentation, provides technical support, and manages stakeholders. Leads and coaches the platform engineering team, ensuring productivity, goal alignment, and an inclusive team culture. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (typically 5+), with preferred experience in middleware platforms, platform-roadmap definition, automation, and vendor negotiations. The position is not sponsor-willing for work visas.

- Proven experience leading middleware technology platforms for large global organizations.
- Team leader with experience managing platform engineers, influencing stakeholders, defining platform roadmap, influencing product vendors and negotiating software contracts.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision and roadmap for the developer platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals for scalability and security.
- Own and deliver platform strategy, drive Automation.
- Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and manage a team of platform engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
