Manager – Plant HR

Job Summary
Develop and execute HR strategies supporting the Daman plant's operational goals while managing industrial relations activities and resolving labor disputes. Partner with plant leadership to drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance improvement processes. Act as the primary contact for employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and overseeing welfare facilities like canteen and security. Lead change management initiatives and manage statutory compliance, payroll administration, and contract manpower services. Requires a postgraduate degree in HR or Labour Law with 8–12 years of plant HR experience.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or Labour Law
- 8 to 12 yrs. of experience in handling Plant HR responsibilities
- Strong Statutory Compliance knowledge
- Strong in IR handling
- Good in communication skills including local language Hindi and Gujrati
- Ability to resolve employee issues
- Good in MS office
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industrial relations
- Proven experience in handling complex HR and IR issues
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and develop teams, manage conflicts, and drive changes
