Job Summary
Manager – Planning Systems & Capability leads end-to-end demand intake, requirements management, and the development and deployment of planning platforms across global supply chain operations. Drives standardization of planning processes, prioritizes requests and conducts discovery sessions to clarify scope and value, oversees day-to-day platform support, and partners with cross-functional teams (including JJT Product Management) to translate requirements into viable, integrated solutions. Responsible for automating and integrating upstream and downstream processes across the Patient Journey tools to improve data flow and operational efficiency, enabling system project execution from design to deployment, and identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes across teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, systems implementation, or capability development; strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Preferred: Master’s degree and working knowledge of ATSC systems; Agile/continuous improvement mindset with capabilities in demand planning, data reporting, and program management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, systems implementation, or capability development
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across multiple workstreams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
