Job Summary
Manager – Planning Systems & Capability to lead the development and deployment of V2V planning and deliver capabilities across the ATSC Plan & Deliver organization. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end demand intake and requirements management, standardizing global planning processes, triaging and prioritizing new requests, overseeing day-to-day platform support, partnering with Product Management across patient journey orchestration platforms, automating and integrating upstream/downstream processes to improve data flow and handoffs, and enabling system project execution (design, build, testing, deployment). Must partner across cross-functional teams to translate requirements into viable solutions, identify cross-functional opportunities, and propose backlog items to improve outcomes. Preferred: Master’s degree; working knowledge of ATSC systems and planning processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, systems implementation, or capability development
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across multiple workstreams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
