Job Summary
Senior FP&A Manager leading planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the UK & Ireland service line from the Bangalore-based FP&A team. Manages cost model ownership and maintenance, actuals vs forecast analysis, and identifies drivers behind variances. Partners with offshore/nearshore teams to validate assumptions and drive forecasting discipline. Produces clear leadership narratives for ELT and supports monthly/quarterly MI packs. Role includes people management, performance management of the team, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives. Requires Chartered Accountant/CIMA or equivalent with 7–10 years PQE, strong Excel and modelling skills, and experience with Power BI, SAC, GL, and planning/consolidation systems.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant 7 to 10 Years PQE (CA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Previous experience of FP&A
- Experience of leading teams
- Demonstrable experience of informed review and analysis of results and forecasts
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Advanced Excel and Modelling skills
- Experience of GL, SAC, Power BI, Planning & Consolidation Systems
- Excellent communication skills, confident with working across functions and levels
