Job Summary
Planning Manager leads demand and supply planning, forecasting, inventory targets, and S&OP processes. Drives forecasting methodologies, coordinates with Sales, Product Management, Commercial, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to align demand with supply and inventory strategies. Manages planning parameters in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), analyzes forecast accuracy, monitors KPIs (inventory turns, days of inventory, aging stock), and provides visibility on supply constraints. Facilitates monthly S&OP, prepares planning reports, and supports process improvements and planning automation across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain management
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and planning tools
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
