Job Summary

Manage the Planned Giving team to increase deferred gift commitments and revenue across donor segments. Serve as the internal point of contact for the Legacy Circle, overseeing marketing and stewardship operations. Collaborate with Constituent Experience, Donor Engagement, and Mission teams to align on organizational priorities. Develop communication plans, process improvements, and project management systems to ensure timely delivery of stewardship initiatives. Act as the primary contact for external marketing and creative vendors while identifying strategic priorities for the Philanthropy team. Foster strong relationships with internal and regional partners to support successful project implementation. Manage CRM data, portfolio management, and program implementation to maintain accurate donor experiences. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in program or project management within a nonprofit environment.
