Job Summary
Recruit, lead, and develop a staff including Assistant Managers, Front Desk employees, and Fitness Trainers while managing daily club operations and ensuring compliance with Ignite Fitness and PFHQ brand standards. Drive revenue growth and profitability by increasing membership, managing payroll budgets, and leading field marketing and corporate sales efforts to grow community partnerships. Address all employee and member issues promptly, maintain a clean environment, and track performance metrics to achieve targeted results. Occasionally assist other locations and attend offsite community events. This role requires weekend shifts and offers a competitive salary, 401K, health benefits, and a free Black Card membership within a rapidly growing organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
- A career path that reflects increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable results
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and general technology (i.e., computers, phone systems)
- You understand working weekend shifts is expected at times depending on staffing, performance, and other business needs
