Job Summary
Build employer partnerships and recruit Bhumi's Skill-ED students for meaningful employment. Conduct placement workshops, mock interviews, and employability training with industry professionals to boost job readiness. Understand students' career goals and guide them toward suitable opportunities through mentorship and counseling. Organize placement drives, job fairs, and networking events to connect students with employers and industry experts. Share regular placement reports with leadership and conduct market research to align training with emerging job roles. Full-time role in Chennai with a 2-year minimum commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation / Post-Graduation
- 3-5 Years in employer partnerships, talent acquisition, or employability programs
- String corporate relationship management
- Knowledge of campus hiring and campus recruitment processes
- Good communication
- Ability to work autonomously
- Minimum Commitment (in years) : 2 Years
- Scope : Full Time
- Age Criteria : 25-40 Years
