Job Summary
Hospital Practice Manager for Pulmonary and Critical Care oversees inpatient services across multiple campuses. Leads daily operations, staffing for physicians and APPs, EPIC support, quality analytics and reporting, provider file maintenance, coding analysis for revenue optimization, policy compliance, and collaboration with physicians/APPs to drive continuous improvement in clinical operations. Requires a clinical background with inpatient workflow knowledge and experience in hospital operations or provider management.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
