Job Summary

Develop enterprise-level strategies ensuring clinical documentation and coding accurately reflect care delivery and regulatory expectations across Primary Care, Medical, Surgical, and Acute service lines. Lead clinician outreach, including EMR communications, chart reviews, and targeted interventions, while partnering with physicians, executives, and cross-functional leaders to improve performance. Provide hands-on management for assigned service lines, analyze clinician and team-level data to identify trends, and present scorecards and dashboards to support decision-making. Facilitate recurring meetings with clinical and operational leaders to oversee execution of strategy priorities and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards. Full-time role with hybrid work model based in Washington, D.C., requiring local commute and occasional travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Degree in a health-related field
  • Master's degree
  • At least seven years of experience working within a matrixed organization
