Job Summary
Develop compelling, donor-centered narratives and impact stories across formats, translating complex programmatic work into actionable messaging for high-net-worth prospects and professional advisors. Write proposals, meeting materials, and "How to Give" resources while coordinating content for donor events like dinners and seminars. Prioritize requests based on fundraising goals, manage inputs from multiple stakeholders, and ensure alignment with the Foundation's shared editorial model. Serve as a central coordinator for storytelling within the Philanthropy team, bringing audience insights to cross-functional discussions to refine messaging and support the Equity Fund's integration into broader communications.
Required Qualifications
- 5 – 8+ years of experience in communications, content, events, fundraising support, Marketing, or related roles
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Strong understanding of donor- or audience-centered communication
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Strong judgment in prioritizing work and managing competing demands
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to operate consultatively across teams
- Ability to work onsite and remotely, as required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting fundraising, business development, or client-facing environments preferred
