Manager Pharmacy Operations

Design, manage, and ensure efficient workflows for inpatient pharmacy and infusion center operations while establishing quality assurance and performance improvement activities. Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25 staff members including technicians, interns, and nurses through recruitment, retention, and performance management processes. Precept pharmacy learners, resolve patient care issues with cross-departmental representatives, and maintain regulatory compliance on federal and state levels. Manage drug inventory procurement and assist in BJC Health system projects as needed. Requires a licensed pharmacist in Missouri and Kansas with prior hospital pharmacy experience.
