Job Summary
Manager supervises and trains a team of 20 to 45 team members to ensure guest service standards; oversees food preparation, safety and quality; drives sales growth in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant; accountable for restaurant profit and loss, inventory, labor, and financial reporting; operates point of sale terminals; must work flexible hours including weekends, late evenings and holidays; requires High School Diploma or GED, background check, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and health/Seller/Server certifications within 90 days; strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills; experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass the Company’s background process
- Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
- Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Within 90 days obtain Seller/Server Certification for alcohol and health certification
