Job Summary

Restaurant Manager role overseeing a Peter Piper Pizza location: supervise and train a 20–45 person team, oversee food preparation, safety, and quality; develop ideas to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; ensure guest service excellence and handle customer inquiries and complaints; motivate staff to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean setting; take full accountability for restaurant profit and loss, implement marketing strategies, manage cash controls, inventory, labor, and financial reporting; operate the point-of-sale system; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, flexible to work weekends, late evenings, and holidays; required certification within 90 days for alcohol service and health compliance; strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; professional appearance and ability to work in a high-volume, family-oriented restaurant.

Required Qualifications

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Pass the Company’s background process
  • Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
  • Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Within 90 days obtain valid state-approved Seller/Server Certification for alcohol and health certification
