Job Summary
Oversee operations of a Peter Piper Pizza restaurant, supervising 20-45 team members to ensure guest service, food safety, and quality while driving profitability. Responsible for full restaurant management including P&L, inventory, labor, and implementing marketing ideas to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Lead customer service, resolve guest inquiries and complaints, operate the POS terminal with cash controls, maintain standards, and collaborate with the team to deliver excellent dining experiences. Requires flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; up to 55 hours per week. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Seller/Server certification and health certification within 90 days. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Pass the Company’s background process
- Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
- Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Within 90 days obtain Seller/Server Certification for alcohol and health certification
