MANAGER

As a Peter Piper Pizza Restaurant Manager, you will supervise a team of 20–45 and oversee the overall operation of a single restaurant to meet goals for sales, profitability, and employee retention. Responsibilities include delivering excellent guest service, managing dining room operations, handling customer inquiries and complaints, motivating staff to provide fast, accurate, and friendly service in a clean environment, and taking full accountability for restaurant P&L by implementing marketing strategies, cash control, inventory management, labor planning, and financial reporting to drive results. You will operate the point of sale system, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and lead the team in achieving outstanding guest experiences. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to interpret instructions, proficiency with computers/calculators, and flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends. Minimum qualifications include being at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED, passing background checks, valid driver’s license and insurance, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and obtaining required certifications within 90 days.
