Job Summary
Oversee single-restaurant operations for Peter Piper Pizza, manage 20-45 team members, drive guest service, POS operations, P&L oversight, scheduling, inventory, and local marketing; ensure safety and quality; maintain a fast-paced, high-energy environment where every guest leaves happy; flexible hours up to 55 hours per week across shifts; requires HS diploma or GED, background check, valid driving record/insurance, ability to stand for long periods, and ability to obtain alcohol-server certification within 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass the Company’s background process
- Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Within 90 days obtain Seller/Server Certification for alcohol and health certification
- No visible tattoos on head/neck/face above uniform (with limited exception)
