Job Summary
Oversee operation of a single Peter Piper Pizza restaurant, supervise 20-45 team members, ensure guest service standards, manage food prep, safety and quality, develop ideas to exceed sales goals, in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where EVERY GUEST LEAVES HAPPY. Responsible for driving profitability and employee retention, interacting with customers, directing dining room operations, handling inquiries and complaints, motivating the team to provide fast, accurate, friendly service in clean surroundings. Accountable for restaurant P&L, implementing marketing strategies, cash controls, inventory, labor management, and financial reporting to enhance results. Operate point of sale terminal. Minimum qualifications include at least 18 years old, High School Diploma or GED, background check, valid driving record and proof of insurance, ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, and health/Seller/Server certifications within required timeframes. Must be able to work flexible hours up to 55 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings. May require tattoos restrictions as stated. Skills include strong oral communication, professional appearance, computer/calculator proficiency, teamwork, customer issue resolution, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
