MANAGER

Manage operation of a single Peter Piper Pizza restaurant, supervising 20 to 45 team members to ensure excellent guest service, oversee food preparation, safety and quality, and develop ideas to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Lead customer interactions, maintain dining room management, and address guest inquiries and complaints. Motivate and direct staff to deliver fast, accurate, friendly service in clean surroundings. Assume full accountability for restaurant profitability and loss management by implementing marketing strategies, cash controls, inventory management, labor management, and reviewing financial reporting to enhance results. Operate the point of sale terminal. Requires flexible hours, including weekends, late evenings, and holidays. Minimum qualifications include age 18+, HS Diploma or GED, background check, valid driving record/insurance, ability to lift 50 pounds, ability to stand long periods, and within 90 days obtain alcohol/server health certifications. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential.
