Job Summary
A Peter Piper Pizza Manager oversees a single restaurant, supervising 20-45 team members to deliver excellent guest service, oversee food safety/quality, manage operations to meet sales goals, and profit-and-loss performance in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include directing staff, handling guest inquiries/complaints, operating the POS system, maintaining inventory and labor controls, implementing marketing strategies to boost sales, and ensuring cash control procedures are followed. Requires ability to work flexible hours (including weekends, late evenings, and holidays), possess strong communication and team-leadership skills, and meet certification requirements within 90 days (Seller/Server for alcohol and health certification). Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; background check and driving record review completed as part of the hire process.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass background process
- Clear driving record and proof of insurance
- Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods
- Within 90 days obtain Seller/Server Certification for alcohol and health certification

- Tattoo policy: No visible tattoos on head, neck or face above the uniform and no visible tattoos on arms or hands, except for one smaller than 1 inch by 1 inch unless concealed
