Manager Periop Logistics

Oversees operating room inventory and supply distribution within perioperative services; manages a $4.8 million inventory; leads process redesign and operational improvements; performs data analyses and ad hoc reporting using multiple systems (Epic, PeopleSoft, Pyxis); ensures par level establishment and timely replenishment; coordinates with OR leadership, Purchasing, Finance, and end-users to optimize inventory, reduce stock-outs, and realize cost savings; collaborates on product changes, recalls, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management; implements lean/six sigma/value analysis techniques and maintains compliance with regulatory and hospital policies; responsible for equipment repairs coordination, loaner management, and forecasting non-stocked product needs as requested; supports integrations with materials management and MMIS systems and leads monthly inventory reporting and budget variance analysis for the OR supply chain.
