Job Summary
The Manager, Performance at Cenlar develops strategies and implements enhancements for one or more departments, overseeing vendor oversight, quality control, client audits, and department reporting. Key responsibilities include analyzing departmental functions, managing process improvements, acting as a liaison with internal departments and vendors, and maintaining compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The role requires mentoring a team, generating and analyzing reports, and ensuring operational functions comply with applicable regulations. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, extensive management experience in mortgage servicing, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage functions that require the reconciliation of cash-based transactions, bank accounts, general ledger accounts.
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience with a minimum of 10+ years of total experience in a mortgage servicing operation
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to analyze workflows and identify and implement process improvements
- Black Knight servicing system experience
- Knowledge of government-sponsored entities rules and regulations
