Job Summary
Manager, Performance Marketing (Search) to lead regional SEM campaigns across APAC, focusing on Google Ads and Apple Search Ads; drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention through high-impact evergreen and integrated Search campaigns; collaborate cross-functionally to design experiments, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI; monitor and report performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, LTV) and leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer) to measure effectiveness; knowledge of other channels (Facebook/Instagram/Snapchat/TikTok) is a plus; English fluency required with additional APAC languages a plus; role requires on-site presence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
