Manager – People's Team (Human Resources)

Job Summary

Develop and drive the organization's People strategy aligned with growth plans and mission priorities. Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives while providing strategic advisory to leadership on people-related decisions. Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical, programme, and leadership roles, establishing robust frameworks and monitoring metrics. Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through separation, ensuring compliant HR operations, accurate payroll inputs, and standardized processes. Lead performance management frameworks, annual appraisal cycles, and learning development programs to build organizational capability. Strengthen HR governance by developing policies, SOPs, and handbooks while ensuring compliance with labour laws and overseeing audits. Drive compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and benefits planning alongside the creation of HR dashboards for workforce trend analysis. Build scalable people frameworks to support expansion across geographies and lead cross-functional projects on organizational effectiveness and change management.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources / People Management
  • experience in a leadership or senior HR business partnering capacity
  • Strong experience across strategic HR, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies, systems, processes, and governance frameworks
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing organization-wide people initiatives
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS, HR analytics, and HR process automation
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, mission-driven, social impact, development, or similarly dynamic organization
