Job Summary
Manager, People Operations & Technology at Laborie leads global HRIS strategy, systems management, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across regions. Drives efficiency through process improvements, system enhancements, and automation; delivers data, dashboards, and workforce insights to inform business decisions; ensures data governance, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and cross-functional project delivery. Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to provide a seamless employee experience globally. Requires Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive HR Operations/HRIS/HR Technology experience with global multi-country HR operations; expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), advanced reporting (Power BI), and strong data governance. Master’s degree preferred; 3+ years people management preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required
- 7+ years of progressive HR Operations, HRIS, or HR Technology experience
- Experience supporting global organizations and multi-country HR operations
- Demonstrated success managing HRIS platforms, implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Technical Skills: Expertise in HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems
- Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities
- Experience with HR data governance and data management practices
- Knowledge of system integrations, workflow automation, and digital HR solutions
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree
- 3+ years' experience of people management
