Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers to define needs, conduct talent mapping, and build strategic pipelines for current and future openings while ensuring a consistent candidate experience. Support annual and mid-year performance reviews, goal-setting cycles, and internal talent development initiatives by analyzing trends to inform program improvements. Manage internship and early career programs, coordinating onboarding, mentorship pairings, and end-of-program evaluations alongside partnerships with colleges and universities. Serve as the HR contact for assigned business units, handling employee relations, policy interpretation, and onboarding inquiries while collaborating on cross-functional projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in recruiting, talent development, or generalist HR roles
- Experience with talent mapping, sourcing, and building talent pipelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work across multiple departments
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with HRIS , performance, and engagement platforms (e.g., Paycor, Culture Amp) preferred
