Job Summary
Manager, People Data & Analytics leads the development and maintenance of robust data products including dashboards and analyses to enable data-driven decision making across the P&O function. Builds semantic models for KPI tracking, develops interactive Power BI dashboards, and ensures ongoing support and clear data visualization for storytelling. Drives reporting projects, translates data into actionable insights for stakeholders, and tracks adoption and impact of data products. Maintains KPI dictionaries and analytics standards, ensures data governance and quality, and documents data sources, definitions, and logic. Requires 5+ years in data engineering/analytics, proficiency with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Power BI, and the ability to communicate complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders. Prior experience with luxury retail and HR data is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data modelling, or analytics solution development
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL
- Expertise in Power BI, including semantic modeling and DAX optimization
- Python & PySpark experience for large-scale data processing
- Experience with dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data visualization
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders in regional environments
- Knowledge of HR processes and luxury retail is advantageous
