Job Summary
Manager, People & Culture Operations to lead Payroll, Benefits Administration, Learning & Development Administration, Organisational Management Support, and query management within P&C Operations for a small/medium tier country. Drive adherence to payroll cut-offs, tax and statutory reporting, benefit claims governance, data quality, and compliance. Oversee international assignees, employee lifecycle processes (on- and off-boarding), and SAP HCM as the primary transactional system. Collaborate with external vendors, manage SLAs, and pursue continuous improvements to service offerings while developing and managing P&C staff.
