Manager People & Culture Operations (m/w/d)

Act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for team members and leads within your coverage area (UK, IE & NL), actively shaping modern People & Culture operations. Manage end-to-end personal processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, while overseeing Compensation & Benefits including contract design, salary adjustments, and timely payroll administration. Steer all HR data integrity, budget validation, and transparent reporting, continuously advancing P&C controlling frameworks. Provide expert legal and developmental guidance to leadership on employment law and feedback mechanisms, while coordinating events, training, and on-site engagement across our hotels. Drive the evolution of P&C tools, processes, and guidelines, integrating innovative ideas into cross-functional initiatives.
