Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor to site leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design. Translate business strategy into people initiatives that support growth, capability building, and operational excellence. Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, growth, or restructuring. Lead talent management processes including development planning, succession planning, and performance management. Partner with leaders to assess organizational capability and design structures, roles, and workflows that enable effectiveness and agility. Support leadership development and coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams. Champion employee experience, engagement, and well-being, aligned with both enterprise and local needs.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
