Job Summary
Manager, People & Culture Business Partner will partner with site leaders to shape people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. The role leads talent development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness; guides leadership development, coaching for inclusive, high-performing teams; and provides guidance on employee relations, investigations, accommodations, conflict resolution, and employee experience. This position drives strategic partnerships, translates business strategy into people initiatives, and supports transformational initiatives aligned with local needs and enterprise priorities. Core focus areas include workforce planning, capability building, leadership development, change management, and fostering a fair, compliant, and engaging workplace.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience including business partner or site leadership responsibilities
- experience in talent development, organizational design, Employee relations, and change management
- strong business acumen with a people-centered mindset
- credible leadership presence and sound judgment
- ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs
