Job Summary
Manager, People & Culture responsible for HR duties across a department or geographic area, including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, HR policy, recruitment and legal compliance; will manage other employees and provide leadership, mentoring and coaching. Must apply company HR policy, stay up to date with employment laws, analyze data to inform business decisions, identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and retention, and protect the interests of employees and the company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in Human Resources
- Proven proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including employee relations, recruitment, compensation, organizational development, leadership development
