Job Summary
Partner with the VP, People and regional GTM leaders to execute workforce planning, org design, and talent development strategies that support business growth. Identify people-related risks and opportunities, then collaborate on solutions for capacity planning, incentive implications, and organizational tradeoffs. Coach senior leaders on performance management, difficult conversations, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and ACAS procedures. Lead change management initiatives for GTM transformation, including role clarity and territory shifts, alongside program design with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience
- direct support of senior leaders in a complex, fast-growing organization
- Strong practical command of UK employment legislation
- the ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures
- Demonstrated experience supporting Go-to-Market, and/or revenue-generating teams
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior leaders with confidence and credibility
- Experience supporting a workforce distributed across a multi-country EMEA environment
- Background checks are required for this position
- authorisation to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Prior experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments
- Experience leading and executing on projects related to overall people strategy
