Manager - PBR St Louis

Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more food and beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with service standards and procedures while managing staffing, training, and certifications. Plan and organize work, enforce policies, and communicate with staff; recommend salary, disciplinary, or staffing actions; monitor guest feedback and financial results to initiate corrective actions. Coordinate innovative programs and promotions to market menu items, assist in developing menus and local F&B marketing programs, and participate in system-wide marketing efforts. Maintain inventory security and cost controls, ensure proper equipment operation and facility cleanliness, and coordinate special events as needed.
